What you will do

• Partner with strategic customers to understand technical goals, workflows, codebase environments, and implementation constraints.
• Run technical discovery and readiness assessments for customer deployments (repo/environment setup, permissions, configuration needs, adoption blockers).
• Provide hands-on implementation support for Make Local and related developer-facing workflows, including setup guidance, debugging, escalation triage, and implementation pattern recommendations.
• Align with Customer Experience, Solutions Consulting, Sales, Product, and Engineering on goals, stakeholders, success criteria, timelines, and account context.
• Capture and synthesize product gaps, bugs, workflow patterns, technical blockers, and customer feedback for Product and Engineering.
• Create reusable deployment assets (troubleshooting guides, readiness checklists, intake templates, playbooks, and enablement materials) and help define engagement success metrics.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar).
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices: source control, local development environments, deployment workflows, debugging, and build tooling.
• Proven ability to partner with enterprise customers to solve complex technical challenges and drive successful product implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments by creating scalable processes and collaborating across teams, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI and modern developer workflows.
