What you will do

• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and Māori cultural context.
• Identify and correct subtle cultural errors and unnatural phrasing during production.
• Analyze task-quality trends and develop structured educational resources and feedback documentation.
• Provide native-level Māori language vetting and specialized linguistic consultation as the project scales.

Requirements

• Demonstrable work or educational experience in linguistics, education, or another field requiring strong linguistic attention to detail.
• Prior tangible experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Māori proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Ability to transform raw feedback and quality trends into actionable educational resources.
• Meticulous command of Māori language and cultural nuance.
