What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to execute multi-year business goals and enterprise roadmaps.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that meet critical business objectives within budget constraints.
• Foster strategic partnerships with technical leaders and vendors to steer product strategy.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Lead annual budgeting and planning processes to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development to direct reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, multi-division, national company.
• Proven track record of leadership at a Director level or above.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing direct reports with operational spans of control.
• Expertise in technology strategy development and business-building digital applications.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in McKinney, Texas.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in the specialty distribution industry (building products, landscape, or pool & spa).
• Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISA, or ITIL.
• Experience managing global or international teams.
