What you will do

• Execute end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing in Stampli, NetSuite, and Navan.
• Manage vendor inquiries, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Process high-volume payments, including complex milestone-based transactions.
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance AP efficiency and internal controls.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and workload coordination for the AP team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, with prior lead or senior-level responsibility preferred.
• Strong understanding of AP processes, vendor management, and month-end close support.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-entity environments.
• Proficiency with AP systems such as Stampli, NetSuite, and Navan.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Experience in the renewable energy industry.
• Familiarity with major banking systems like HSBC, JPM, or BofA.
