What you will do
- Lead the implementation and strategy of a new private client accounting and payment services practice.
- Manage end-to-end bill payment processes, multi-entity accounting, and general ledger maintenance for UHNW clients.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of accounting and bill pay specialists.
- Leverage agentic AI technology to scale service delivery and improve quality.
- Produce detailed financial reports, cash flow analyses, and budgets for complex entities like trusts and LLCs.
- Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisors, legal, and tax professionals to integrate services into broader wealth management objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in accounting or family office operations, with 5-7 years focused on UHNW clients.
- Deep expertise in complex multi-entity accounting (Trusts, LLCs, LPs).
- Advanced proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or NetSuite.
- Must obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 exams within the first 3 months of employment.
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX.
Nice to have
- ACCA or CPA certification.
- Experience with state and federal tax matters.
- Background in investment reporting or alternative assets.
