What you will do

• Track day-to-day budget execution and reconcile funds using Excel and government systems.
• Develop professional relationships with Regional Program Leads and government stakeholders.
• Utilize tools such as Defense Agency Initiative (DAI), SharePoint, and Power BI for financial reporting.
• Support budget estimation submissions for Geographic Combatant Command (GCC) programs.
• Monitor program costs, engagement frequency, and activity duration to ensure target alignment.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contract coverage and funding.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or eligible to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with government accounting, policies, and the PPBE budget cycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline (or Associate degree plus 4 years of experience).
• General knowledge of fiscal law and DoD appropriations.
• Experience with Finance and Accounting Compliance Procedures and budget forecasting.
