What you will do

• Drive clinical study budget negotiations with hospitals and research sites.
• Prepare and negotiate site clinical trial budgets and amendments.
• Act as a primary liaison between Clinical Research and Legal departments.
• Submit and track contract requests for clinical and investigator-sponsored studies.
• Provide management with updates on site start-up progress and project timelines.
• Identify and mitigate potential issues related to budget and contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to process high volumes of work and meet strict deadlines.
