What you will do

• Operate and support live digital productions using vMix and related production technologies.
• Support remote recordings and podcast production workflows using Riverside, including setup, monitoring, quality control, and post-production handoff.
• Assist with live streaming execution: switching, graphics integration, recording, and monitoring for digital-first productions.
• Prepare studios, equipment, and remote production environments ahead of recordings, live events, and digital shoots.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during live and recorded productions to maintain quality and minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with producers, talent, engineering, editorial, and partners to ensure smooth execution and improve workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting live, digital, or media production environments.
• Hands-on experience operating vMix.
• Experience using Riverside for remote recording and/or podcast production workflows.
• Strong understanding of audio and video signal flow.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under deadline pressure.
• On-site availability in New York, NY, including weekends as needed.
