What you will do

• Prepare content for distribution using non-linear editing platforms like Adobe Premiere.
• Execute Standards & Practices (S&P) edits, including blurring and audio/video corrections.
• Conduct high-resolution quality control (QC) reviews for feature and episodic content.
• Ensure synchronization of language, subtitle, and closed caption files with video assets.
• Transcode media files using platforms such as Vantage.
• Manage media assets, metadata, and delivery timelines via internal tracking systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in broadcast operations, post-production, or related media environments.
• 1+ year of experience using NLE systems (Adobe Premiere) and performing media QC.
• Working knowledge of digital media formats and codecs (QuickTime, MXF, MPEG, H.264).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with transcoding platforms (Vantage) or Media Asset Management (MAM) systems.
• Familiarity with closed captioning tools such as Stanza or CaptionMaker.
