What you will do

• Manage and improve CoE business operation processes by integrating stakeholder feedback.
• Lead functional strategy creation and track execution progress.
• Establish effective communication strategies and consistent reporting for CoE activities.
• Collaborate with the Automotive Sustainability team to implement sustainability goals.
• Define and implement best-in-class analytics for transparent business insights.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to drive alignment across leadership and support functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in complex multi-dimensional stakeholder projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting project impact to key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in data analysis, business insights, and data visualization.
• Business fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools like Qlik.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% (domestic and international).
