What you will do
- Own paid media strategy and execution across search, social, and display channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support the onboarding of new university partners, including campaign setup and creative development.
- QA and optimize performance for new program campaigns to ensure efficient ramping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, creative, and marketing operations.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to improve team efficiency and consistency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of paid media or digital marketing experience.
- Must be based in the US.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with reporting tools like Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and cross-functional projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience in the higher education vertical.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
