What you will do

• Lead social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Kick, Discord, and Reddit.
• Plan and manage a balanced content calendar focused on awareness, conversion, and retention.
• Create, film, edit, and publish platform-native social content such as Reels and Shorts.
• Manage UGC creators, freelancers, and influencers by providing briefs and creative direction.
• Identify and engage with wider cultural conversations and emerging trends.
• Analyze and report on program performance data to drive continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in social media as a Community Manager, Social Strategist, or Copywriter.
• Hands-on experience with video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Adobe Express.
• Strong understanding of the gaming space and passion for pop culture.
• Proven ability to create high-quality photo and video assets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
