What you will do

• Lead global social media strategy and execution across corporate channels.
• Build and manage a forward-looking social media roadmap to support brand visibility and demand generation.
• Partner with executives to strengthen their social presence through content development and audience engagement.
• Expand presence on emerging platforms like YouTube, Reddit, and Substack.
• Translate complex SaaS and supply chain topics into engaging digital content.
• Scale reporting frameworks to measure channel performance, engagement, and business impact.

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of experience in social media, digital content, or corporate communications.
• Strong experience managing corporate social media for a B2B or SaaS technology company.
• Proven success in building executive social presence and thought leadership programs.
• Excellent editorial judgment and writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Strong grasp of social analytics and platform performance metrics.
• Must be based in Atlanta, GA as this is an onsite role.
