What you will do

• Develop brand marketing strategies to strengthen awareness among readers and creators.
• Lead brand-building initiatives, including events, advertising, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage relationships with external content partners like Disney, Paramount, and Blizzard.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Content, Social, PR, and Creative teams.
• Monitor brand health and consumer research to inform marketing strategy.
• Create scalable marketing frameworks and campaign playbooks to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in entertainment marketing.
• Proven experience in brand marketing and executing integrated campaigns.
• Deep understanding of fandom-driven audiences and fan communities.
• Experience building and managing relationships with external partners.
• Strong analytical skills to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives.
