What you will do

• Collaborate with security practitioners and researchers to identify high-value defensive workflows for AI integration.
• Drive product development from early concept and prototyping through to launch and iteration.
• Translate complex security and model capabilities into clear, intuitive product requirements.
• Partner with engineering teams to connect model improvements with real-world security use cases.
• Define and measure product success metrics, including accuracy, safety, and analyst productivity.
• Work with security vendors and customers to build integrations and design partnerships.

Requirements

• Experience building enterprise, developer, infrastructure, or cybersecurity products.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to balance user value, technical feasibility, and safety.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including researchers, engineers, and designers.
• Comfortable with zero-to-one product development in evolving technical landscapes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical systems clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with security operations, threat intelligence, or security analytics (SIEM, EDR, XDR).
• Background in building AI products, agentic systems, or developer tools.
• Experience with model evaluations, benchmark design, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• History of working closely with technical or practitioner communities.
