Salary: $99,000 - $148,000 (Morristown, NJ base pay range)

What you will do
- Manage corporate governance support, including meeting agendas and minutes, and maintain corporate records and legal document filing.
- Provide administrative and compliance support, including mail coordination, regulatory data reporting, and assisting the compliance team.
- Handle service of process by receiving, inputting, and sending lawsuits and subpoenas to the appropriate administrator while maintaining a service log.
- Independently draft and file insurance holding company regulatory submissions (e.g., Form Bs, Ds) and maintain officer/director biographies for regulatory requirements.
- Perform basic legal research, writing, and analysis to support compliance and regulatory inquiries.
- Communicate issues clearly with internal departments and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a related area within an insurance company (P&C preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated knowledge of holding company, corporate governance principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and escalate when needed.
- Technical ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies and platforms.
