What you will do

• Support regional projects in collaboration with the Regional General Manager and Country Managers.
• Prepare key meetings by sourcing topics, drafting agendas, and coordinating presentation materials.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses across markets to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in the execution of high-priority regional plans.
• Organize internal and external events and meetings.
• Work part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) with flexibility for academic schedules.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled at a university in Stockholm or London (final-year bachelor’s or master’s student).
• Strong communication skills for working across functions and seniority levels.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools is highly preferred.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects.
• Confidence in using AI-powered tools to improve daily workflows.
