What you will do

• Partner with the CEO and leadership to drive high-impact financial and operational strategy across GTM, Engineering, and Operations.
• Lead fundraising efforts, investor engagement, and capital strategy, including financial storytelling and diligence readiness.
• Own and evolve the long-range financial model, incorporating complex hardware economics and enterprise deal structures.
• Define and operationalize key business metrics to inform executive decision-making and improve profitability.
• Develop pricing and monetization strategies grounded in customer value and business model sustainability.
• Build the financial foundation and operating discipline required to scale the company through later-stage growth.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment, or corporate finance.
• Proven track record scaling a venture-backed enterprise technology company through multiple growth stages (Series A/B to IPO/acquisition).
• Deep understanding of enterprise business models, including complex pricing and long-term contracts.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with the ability to connect insights to business strategy.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence cross-functional leadership.
• Must be based in or able to regularly commute to NYC.
