Salary: $172,000 - $210,000

What you will do

• Support the execution of quarterly earnings, including scripts, press releases, and investor presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and Corporate Communications.
• Maintain the Investor Relations website, financial calendar, and supporting materials.
• Support relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and research firms.
• Track peer performance, valuation trends, and monitor SaaS operating metrics like ARR and NRR.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows and leverage AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Equity Research, or Investment Banking.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Mateo, CA 3 days per week.
• Foundational understanding of financial modeling and valuation.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Public company Investor Relations experience.
• Familiarity with SEC disclosure requirements and Reg FD.
• Experience supporting Investor Day, analyst events, or roadshows.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and financial metrics.
