Salary: $157,500 – $292,500

What you will do

• Guide customer design teams on methodologies and flows to improve productivity and quality
• Resolve critical tool issues impacting project timelines in collaboration with R&D and Product Engineering
• Conduct technical presentations, training, and product demonstrations for customers
• Support technical evaluations and benchmarks to deliver hirify.global solutions
• Partner with Sales Management to identify and prioritize sales opportunities and strategies
• Communicate customer requirements and feedback to Engineering and Marketing teams

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of practical, hands-on experience in simulation or layout applications for Custom IC Design
• BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to customer sites
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and presentation skills

Nice to have

• Experience in Analog, mixed-signal, or RF design or layout
• Experience with electromagnetic solvers for custom IC and advanced packaging
