Location: San Jose, USA (must be able to drive to customer sites)
Salary: $157,500 – $292,500

What you will do
- Guide customer design teams on methodologies and flows to improve productivity and quality
- Resolve critical tool issues impacting project timelines in collaboration with R&D and Product Engineering
- Conduct technical presentations, training, and product demonstrations for customers
- Support technical evaluations and benchmarks to deliver solutions
- Partner with Sales Management to identify and prioritize sales opportunities and strategies
- Communicate customer requirements and feedback to Engineering and Marketing teams
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of practical, hands-on experience in simulation or layout applications for Custom IC Design
- BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to customer sites
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and presentation skills
Nice to have
- Experience in Analog, mixed-signal, or RF design or layout
- Experience with electromagnetic solvers for custom IC and advanced packaging
