TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET)

What you will do

  • Scale profitable spend across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube for multiple brands.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of acquisition managers, setting high execution standards.
  • Define and govern account architecture, conversion tracking, and QA frameworks across the portfolio.
  • Manage Google and Microsoft Ads policy compliance to protect account health and handle appeals.
  • Build and maintain an AI-first operating system using Claude for playbooks, audits, and automated workflows.
  • Partner with Google and Microsoft teams on betas and product pilots.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
  • Proven experience leading, hiring, and evaluating UA managers or paid search specialists.
  • Direct ownership of large budgets (ideally $5M+ per month hands-on).
  • Strong understanding of subscription economics: LTV, CAC, ROAS, and payback windows.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads policy and compliance-heavy environments.
  • Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET for optimal collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Ads scripts, Google Ads API, or SQL.
  • Experience building AI or agentic workflows (e.g., using Claude) for marketing operations.
  • Background in D2C subscription, lead-gen, or consumer web funnels.
  • Experience with high-scrutiny categories and trademark-sensitive ads.
