What you will do
- Design and deploy AI agents and automations to optimize pre-sales workflows.
- Map the end-to-end pre-sales process to identify and eliminate friction points.
- Automate RFP/RFI responses and security/compliance questionnaires.
- Build tools to accelerate technical discovery, demo preparation, and POC execution.
- Integrate AI tools with CRM, proposal, and knowledge management systems.
- Prototype, test, and iterate AI solutions based on real-world usage by Solutions Engineers.
Requirements
- Fluent English.
- 3+ years of experience in GTM, Sales, or Solutions Engineering.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom LLM APIs.
- Proficiency with APIs, integrations, and CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to write scripts in Python or JavaScript to build custom integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
