What you will do

• Develop and deploy high-impact automations for core business workflows across Ops, Growth, and Risk.
• Build modular, reusable workflow components with robust error handling, retries, and idempotency.
• Manage end-to-end API integrations including REST, GraphQL, and OAuth with high uptime requirements.
• Implement observability standards, logging, and monitoring dashboards to ensure system transparency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and run books to support non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and maximize automation ROI.

Requirements

• Proven experience building production-grade automations in n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript with experience in CI/CD and Git workflows.
• Expertise in building reliable API integrations handling pagination, rate limits, and authentication.
• Demonstrated ability to implement logging, alerting, and monitoring systems.
• Strong ownership mindset with a track record of taking projects from concept to production.
• Clear written communication skills and an async-friendly working style.
