Salary: $130,000–$200,000 CAD plus performance-based incentives.

- Lead the AI-driven transformation of the R&D organization to improve efficiency and create measurable business value.
- Modernize a next-generation enterprise platform through AI-assisted development practices and improved engineering workflows.
- Translate AI capabilities into revenue-generating initiatives, cost optimization, and strategic investments.
- Oversee product strategy and the development of intelligent AI-powered capabilities to strengthen market differentiation.
- Manage R&D financial performance, budget allocation, and operate with P&L discipline.
- Mentor and lead a large engineering organization, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and adaptability.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a senior technology leader (VP of Engineering, R&D leader, or similar executive role).
- Proven ability to move AI initiatives from concept to production with measurable business impact.
- Extensive experience modernizing mature, revenue-generating enterprise software platforms.
- Strong business acumen with experience connecting technology investments to financial outcomes.
- Experience managing large engineering organizations and leading teams through significant cultural or operational change.
- Ability to travel approximately 50%, including international travel.
