Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a senior technology leader (VP of Engineering, R&D leader, or similar executive role).
• Proven ability to move AI initiatives from concept to production with measurable business impact.
• Extensive experience modernizing mature, revenue-generating enterprise software platforms.
• Strong business acumen with experience connecting technology investments to financial outcomes.
• Experience managing large engineering organizations and leading teams through significant cultural or operational change.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%, including international travel.
