What you will do

• Build and maintain a global market prioritization framework for GTM strategy.
• Track and anticipate procurement pipelines and upcoming tenders across priority defense markets.
• Maintain an operational tracking system for tenders integrated with HubSpot.
• Produce structured country and program intelligence briefs for sales strategy.
• Monitor open sources including defense press, government publications, and think tank reporting.
• Respond to ad hoc research requests for market entry or tender go/no-go decisions.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in the defense/security sector or geopolitical risk analysis.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to structure complex information.
• Ability to work on-site in Paris.
• Understanding of defense procurement cycles and international affairs.

Nice to have

• Prior OSINT or structured research experience.
• Experience at a think tank or research institute (e.g., IFRI, IRIS).
• Background in a market intelligence or business development function within a defense industry prime.
