What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements for new client accounts to define precise scope and cost.
• Design and optimize operational workflows and commercial models to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead new client pitches and manage the smooth transition from sales to implementation.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
• Develop data-driven reports and measurement processes to support decision-making for new solutions.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in solution design, process optimization, or technical consulting.
• Professional background in advertising, creative agencies, production, or digital content operations.
• Fluency in German and/or French.
• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into operational and technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in leading client onboarding.
• Must be based in Paris (Hybrid) and available for regular travel across EMEA.
