What you will do

• Analyze and process chargeback submissions, audit accounts, and maintain operational databases.
• Manage distributor pricing and membership information using the Vistex Pricing Administration System.
• Coordinate with distributors and wholesalers to resolve pricing disputes and collect outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with internal Accounts Receivable and CMT to resolve open AR lines and class of trade matters.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation for the internal pricing system.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline pricing and chargeback operations.

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance (preferred).
• 3+ years of overall business experience.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry, specifically in contract/pricing management (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP and Business Information Warehouse (BW) (preferred).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
