What you will do

  • Manage incoming calls professionally, providing excellent customer service to patients.
  • Input and update patient information accurately using WebPT software.
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments and send reminders.
  • Communicate with external companies referring new patients to the clinic.
  • Maintain confidential and accurate patient records and charts.
  • Escalate complex or urgent inquiries to the appropriate supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Previous experience as a healthcare receptionist or in medical customer service.
  • Ability to work full-time during US Pacific Time (7:30 am to 4:30 pm).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
  • Experience with WebPT or similar EMR systems (preferred).
