What you will do
- Clean up and structure CRM data in HubSpot to support reliable pipeline and forecast reporting.
- Establish a formal post-signature tracking process for government and defense accounts.
- Manage contractual anomalies, invoice discrepancies, and deliverable status through coordinated resolution.
- Build ad hoc tools using Excel, Sheets, or no-code platforms to bridge gaps between CRM and ERP systems.
- Support Sales Ops transformation projects and cross-functional alignment between Sales, Product, and Operations.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, project management, or contract management.
- Ability to read and interpret contractual documents, including milestones and invoicing clauses.
- Technical resourcefulness with advanced Excel, Sheets, or no-code tools.
- Experience in tech scale-ups or regulated sectors like defense or aerospace is preferred.
- Must be able to work on-site in Paris.
