What you will do

  • Develop and execute commercial growth strategies for the Aerospace Adhesives segment.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within Aviation, Space, and Defense markets.
  • Manage product qualification activities with aerospace OEMs, Tier suppliers, and distribution partners.
  • Meet or exceed annual targets for revenue growth, contribution margin, and strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to develop customer-specific solutions.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and represent the company at industry events and trade associations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of technical sales, business development, or commercial experience.
  • Experience managing specification-driven sales processes within industrial or manufacturing markets.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, including domestic and international travel.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of experience specifically within the Aviation, Space, Defense, or Aerospace materials industry.
  • Experience selling adhesives, sealants, coatings, composites, or related engineered materials.
  • Knowledge of aerospace qualification processes, specifications, and OEM requirements.
  • Proficiency in French and/or German.
  • Technical background in chemistry, materials science, or engineering.
