Salary: $72,000 - $105,000

What you will do

• Prepare financial underwriting for transactions that impact lending division profitability.
• Conduct credit analysis independently or with senior staff based on transaction complexity.
• Recommend transaction structure to Relationship and Department Managers.
• Identify and document policy exceptions and gather key customer information.
• Collaborate with credit approval officers to support analysis and conclusions.
• Prepare compliance reports, commitment documents, and present credit information to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of credit analysis/credit products underwriter experience, or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of credit principles, lending functions, loan analysis, and application of credit policies.
• General knowledge of loan documentation, loan policy and regulations, and the loan grading process.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work accurately under limited timeframes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing consultation and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Advanced PC and spreadsheet skills.
