Salary: $84,000 - $156,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the design and development of premium land-based slot games from concept to commercial release.
- Define game vision, including flow, pacing, feature structure, and entertainment value.
- Develop clear game specifications and design documentation for cross-functional teams.
- Partner with artists, software engineers, and sound designers to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Evaluate game performance through simulations, play testing, and market analysis.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities for new mechanics and gameplay.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
- 4+ years of experience designing land-based slot games or comparable products.
- Strong understanding of slot mathematics including RTP, volatility, and hit frequency.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with simulation or analytical tools.
- Proficiency in C, C++, C#, or Python.
Nice to have
- Portfolio demonstrating successful game launches or innovative features.
- Experience with patented gameplay concepts.
