TL;DR
Staff Technical Product & Program Manager (Security): Driving security strategy and integrating cybersecurity features into the Driver software, hardware, and services with an accent on cross-functional alignment between security and product teams. Focus on developing high-level security roadmaps, managing supplier cybersecurity deliveries, and implementing strategic controls for product integrity.
Location: Must be US-based. Hybrid work environment (at least 3 days per week in office). Available locations: Pittsburgh, Mountain View, San Francisco, Seattle, Detroit.
Salary: $163,000 - $236,000 per Year

What you will do
- Define security features and assess product risks in collaboration with product management, engineering, and security teams.
- Engage with hardware and software suppliers to align on cybersecurity features and ensure contributions meet company standards.
- Develop high-level business and technical security roadmaps, documenting cross-functional dependencies and critical paths.
- Lead security integration by executing assurance, governance, and risk management programs across all product development phases.
- Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product and security risks to enable data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Product or Program Management, preferably in automotive/AV and cybersecurity domains.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience building product strategies and integrating hardware and software features into complex products.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling product programs in environments with stringent security requirements.
- Knowledge of automotive security standards and regulations, such as ISO21434.
- Advanced security certifications like CISSP or CISM.
- Proven ability to lead broad organizational changes.
