Product Management Director (AI Security)

Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid role).

Salary: $195,000 – $300,300 plus corporate bonus.

What you will do

• Define the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Security for AI offerings.
• Lead discovery with customers and field teams to identify and prioritize AI-related use cases and threats.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to design detection and mitigation capabilities using network telemetry and machine learning.
• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new AI security features.
• Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with positioning, competitive differentiation, and field-ready content.
• Represent hirify.global as a subject-matter expert at industry events and customer briefings.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience in security, cloud, or networking platforms.
• 3–5 years of experience at Director or Senior Staff/Principal level leading cross-portfolio initiatives.
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity, including network security, threat detection, and cloud security.
• Proven experience building or managing products that leverage AI/ML or secure AI/ML systems.
• Strong track record of end-to-end product delivery from MVP to GTM readiness.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MS/MBA) or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML tooling, LLM platforms, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Working knowledge of DNS/DDI or adjacent infrastructure security domains.
