Consultant, Application Packaging (MSI/SCCM)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; regular business hours, with attendance at meetings across different locations as required

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of application packaging and deployment for endpoint and Citrix applications.
• Oversee packaging requests, provide effort estimates, validate requirements, schedule work, and manage priorities.
• Prepare, customize, test, deploy, retire, and clean up application packages across SCCM, ServiceNow, endpoints, and Citrix Workspace.
• Collaborate with business partners, project teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver application packages.
• Troubleshoot packaging issues, enforce security and operational standards, and protect test environment integrity.
• Improve packaging processes and implement automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience with Windows Installer and MSI packaging.
• Experience with App-V, VMware ThinApp, MSIX, Citrix XenApp, PowerShell, SCCM, and Windows 11.
• Knowledge of business dynamics, risk mitigation, test environment integrity, and solutions for complex initiatives.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
