TL;DR

Digital Marketing Manager (B2B): Leading and scaling B2B marketing strategy across paid media, organic growth, and demand generation with an accent on pipeline and revenue growth. Location: Remote (Must be based in Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico, or Argentina). Working hours: U.S. Eastern Time (EST)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy focused on awareness, conversion, and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Paid Media, SEO, Email, and Social Media.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics like CAC, CPL, and ROAS using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and improve lead quality.
  • Guide brand positioning and messaging across blogs, landing pages, and outbound assets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior B2B marketing leadership roles such as Head of Marketing or Growth Lead.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth via Paid Advertising, Outbound Marketing, and SEO.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical mindset to translate marketing data into actionable business decisions.
  • Based in Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico, or Argentina.
  • Ability to work according to U.S. Eastern Time (EST).

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B services, or professional services firms.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and tools like Salesforce or Marketo.
  • Experience managing external agencies or cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Strong expertise in branding, storytelling, and market positioning.
