Requirements
- Certified Nurse Practitioner in Adult, Family, or Geriatrics.
- Active state licensure in South Carolina (SC).
- 5+ years of post-graduate clinical experience in Primary Care or Geriatrics.
- Direct experience engaging Medicare and Medicaid populations with complex conditions.
- Comfort in a digital-first environment and virtual care delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Active licenses in TX, NJ, PA, IL, NY, MA, MN, or LA.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with cultural fluency.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Slack.
