What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll for Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK, including monthly payroll cycles and statutory deductions.
• Ensure full compliance with Revenue requirements, PAYE modernisation, and employment legislation.
• Act as primary contact for employee payroll queries and resolve issues confidentially.
• Reconcile payroll outputs to the general ledger and support month-end close processes.
• Maintain and enhance payroll controls ensuring audit readiness and adherence to policies.
• Drive process improvements and identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland and work onsite.
• Minimum 3+ years payroll experience, ideally in professional services or multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue requirements; UK experience beneficial.
• Experience managing payroll systems such as Sage.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate across Finance, HR, and leadership teams.
