What you will do

• Manage global payroll operations for direct employees, EORs, and contractors, ensuring compliant pay cycles.
• Perform payroll-to-cash and payroll-to-ERP (GL) reconciliations to support month-end close.
• Administer global equity programs in Carta, including grants, vesting, and taxable events.
• Maintain data consistency across HiBob, Carta, Deel, and ERP systems through regular audits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Legal, Finance, and Tax teams to strengthen payroll infrastructure.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering international equity plans (e.g., RSUs, stock options).
• Experience managing global payroll via Deel or similar global payroll platforms.
• Deep understanding of payroll and tax considerations related to equity compensation.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Timezone alignment between GMT-5 and GMT+2.

Nice to have

• Experience operating in SOX or AICPA/PCAOB audit environments.
• Proven track record of automating workflows between HRIS, payroll, and equity platforms.
• Background working in global, high-growth technology companies.
