What you will do

• Audit sales proposals for accuracy, completeness, pricing, approvals, and compliance with company standards.
• Review CRM records and customer communications to ensure professional and accurate documentation.
• Verify Credit Notes, Debit Notes, and other financial adjustments for policy compliance.
• Analyze sales, finance, and CRM data to identify discrepancies and trends for improvement.
• Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommended corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practice documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in internal auditing, finance, sales operations, or compliance.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Must be based in Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience with reporting and business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Knowledge of financial controls and business process documentation.
• Prior experience in operational audits or CRM governance.
