What you will do

• Manage monthly payroll cycles and coordinate with People Team for payroll changes.
• Oversee global payroll providers and validate payroll processing accuracy.
• Ensure payroll payments, taxes, and benefits are completed accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Banking teams for payment processing.
• Capture payroll through journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Provide employee support for payroll-related queries and improve payroll processes.

Requirements

• Must have proven experience managing global multi-payroll provider relationships.
• Experience working with third-party providers across multiple territories including EOR and PEO.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of global payroll legislation and taxes.
• Proactive ownership and attention to detail.
• Location: Must be based in the UK or Ireland.
