What you will do

  • Lead and manage creative copy projects across multiple brands, ensuring cohesive brand experiences.
  • Master the big idea and pull it through as a campaign across multiple channels.
  • Define and maintain brand voice and tone while providing expert feedback to elevate team output.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors to manage team workloads, resourcing, and utilization targets.
  • Lead client presentations, communicating strategy and selling creative work internally and externally.
  • Mentor mid- to senior-level team members to expand their craft and industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare/pharma advertising.
  • Deep DTC experience is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to develop creative across the omnichannel journey, with preference for social and broadcast experience.
  • Advanced command of scientific information and copywriting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead copy teams and establish cross-functional relationships.
  • Must be based in the U.S.

Nice to have

  • Experience across a wide range of disease states for both consumers and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong background in social and television/broadcast advertising.
