TL;DR

Director, Broker Partners (CPG/Data Analytics): Leading hirify.global’ broker partner strategy and engagement model to accelerate adoption and expand market impact across the CPG ecosystem. Focus on driving broker growth, optimizing partner performance through data-driven insights, and managing executive-level relationships.

Location: Chicago, IL / Remote. Must be authorized to work for any US employer

Salary: $135,000–$150,000

What you will do

  • Establish executive-level relationships with broker leadership and C-suite stakeholders to expand hirify.global' influence.
  • Lead and coach a team of seven professionals, fostering a high-performing and accountable culture.
  • Develop portfolio performance dashboards and KPIs to inform decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and executive forums.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in CPG, retail, data analytics, or market intelligence.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex partner ecosystems and executive-level relationships.
  • Proven experience as a people leader with a player-coach mindset.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to translate complex data into business action.
  • Must be authorized to work for any US employer; no visa sponsorship available.
