Salary: zł430,000 - zł460,000 PLN annually

What you will do

• Design and ship internal AI platforms to automate and improve the software development lifecycle.
• Create reusable tools, APIs, and workflows to enable AI-assisted development patterns across engineering teams.
• Build software change intelligence systems integrating CI/CD, deployments, and source control for organizational visibility.
• Implement infrastructure for long-running agentic AI workflows including planning, execution, and human-in-the-loop pauses.
• Ensure internal AI platforms are production-ready, observable, cost-aware, and resilient.
• Partner with platform, security, and product teams to identify and remove friction from software delivery.

Requirements

• Deep experience building production-grade backend systems, distributed systems, or internal developer platforms.
• Proven track record of building tools that improve engineering velocity and reliability.
• Experience integrating LLM-powered systems and agentic workflows in production environments.
• Knowledge of graph-based coding-agent workflows and software-factory-style approaches.
• Expertise in managing state, execution, and orchestration in complex multi-step systems.
• Must be based in Poland

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD systems, service catalogs, or software delivery intelligence platforms.
• Proficiency with LLM observability, prompt version tracking, and model routing.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, platform portals, or internal control planes.
