What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end system design, architectural framework, and product integration of intelligent agents.
• Architect and orchestrate complex agentic workflows, including multi-agent frameworks and advanced RAG pipelines.
• Champion Responsible and Governed AI by implementing strict guardrails for data privacy, predictability, and explainability.
• Optimize application performance, specifically tackling API latency, cost, and context-window efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional pods and mentor senior engineers through the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience (distributed systems, cloud, API design) OR 7+ years in ML/AI engineering.
• 2-3+ years of dedicated experience shipping production-grade LLM-backed products.
• Proven expertise in AI orchestration architectures and integrating foundation models into enterprise products.
• 6+ years of experience leveraging cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP) to deploy scalable systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• Must be based in Prague, Czech Republic for hybrid office attendance.
