What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional strategic initiatives, including growth strategies and operating model improvements.
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases, financial analyses, and executive-level recommendations for investment and operational decisions.
• Facilitate corporate development activities, including M&A, partnerships, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics for strategic initiatives and recommend corrective actions.
• Create executive-ready presentations and communications to drive organizational alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience leading analytical, strategic, or business-critical initiatives.
• Experience supporting corporate development activities (M&A, partnerships, due diligence).
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation.
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Experience in edtech, higher education, or other regulated industries.
• MBA or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
