Lead Integration Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead product development and integration for Body and Chassis Structures across the full vehicle lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Chief Engineers and System Architects to optimize designs and balance studio requirements.
• Guide Design Release Engineers (DREs) to optimize performance, cost, mass, and dimensional consistency.
• Validate dimensional capability of Body-in-White (BIW) using VSM, CAE, and physical mockups.
• Partner with manufacturing plants to execute structural validation plans and identify improvement opportunities.
• Mentor engineering team members and lead supplier engagement for issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of stamping, sheet metal formability, and vehicle assembly (BOP).
• Ability to interpret CAE results and apply findings to design and validation activities.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and pass a Motor Vehicle Report review.

• Master of Science in Engineering.
• DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) Black Belt Certification.
