What you will do

• Establish and scale a proposal management practice to increase bid quality and support growth goals.
• Orchestrate proposal efforts by leading Client Solutions Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and leadership.
• Author compelling content regarding the company's capabilities and past performance.
• Develop and manage compliance checklists, including evaluation criteria and contractual documents.
• Curate and maintain 'evergreen' content that describes modern digital practices and project experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing large solicitation responses for federal, state, or local government clients.
• Experience developing proposal management processes for custom digital services or tailored solutions.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into effective graphical content.
• Ability to guide multi-vendor teams while maintaining order and accountability.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Residency in one of the specifically listed US states is mandatory.
