What you will do
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline by driving outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video channels.
- Build and run AI-native prospecting workflows using tools like Clay and Apollo to automate outreach.
- Qualify and convert inbound and product-led signals from developers and enterprise teams.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts across AI-native startups and enterprise product teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and hackathons to generate leads.
- Partner with Account Executives to run strategic outbound plays and qualify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in San Francisco and willing to work in-person.
- 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or event-driven sales role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with technical buyers.
- AI-native mindset with daily experience using AI tools for research and automation.
- Familiarity with modern outbound stacks like Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot.
- Experience attending or organizing conferences, events, or trade shows.
Nice to have
- Experience prospecting technical buyers for dev tools, APIs, or ML/AI products.
- Proven ability to build Clay tables or agentic workflows from scratch.
- Creative approach to outbound using AI video or other unique content.
- Background in organizing field events or community meetups.
