hirify.global is a Series B research lab building AI Humans to bridge the gap between people and machines through real-time human simulation.

What you will do

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline by driving outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video channels.
  • Build and run AI-native prospecting workflows using tools like Clay and Apollo to automate outreach.
  • Qualify and convert inbound and product-led signals from developers and enterprise teams.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts across AI-native startups and enterprise product teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and hackathons to generate leads.
  • Partner with Account Executives to run strategic outbound plays and qualify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in San Francisco and willing to work in-person.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or event-driven sales role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with technical buyers.
  • AI-native mindset with daily experience using AI tools for research and automation.
  • Familiarity with modern outbound stacks like Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot.
  • Experience attending or organizing conferences, events, or trade shows.

Nice to have

  • Experience prospecting technical buyers for dev tools, APIs, or ML/AI products.
  • Proven ability to build Clay tables or agentic workflows from scratch.
  • Creative approach to outbound using AI video or other unique content.
  • Background in organizing field events or community meetups.
