What you will do

  • Manage a tiered account list across mining, utilities, hydrography, and geophysics sectors.
  • Conduct deep research to build account dossiers, including org charts and buying committees.
  • Craft value hypotheses and execute multi-threaded outreach via emails, DMs, and calls.
  • Design outbound plays and manage the sales stack using tools like Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Lemlist.
  • Qualify opportunities using BANT and ensure seamless hand-offs to Account Executives.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in Zoho CRM and track pipeline reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound/ABM SDR experience with enterprise technical products.
  • Proven track record of booking VP/C-level meetings through high-quality personalization.
  • English: C1 level required.
  • Location: Must be based in Hungary.
  • Proficiency with outbound tools (Clay, Lusha, Apollo, Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to translate complex technical features into business outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French or German.
